- Identification of on-site constraints including apparatus, easements, building proximity zones, HSE consultation zones and wayleaves

- Incumbent utility consultation

- Capacity assessments identifying suitable supply strategies for the delivery of development

- Identification of off-site point of connection and reinforcements/upgrades

- Procurement of C3 (budget) and C4 (detailed) diversionary quotations

- Multi-utility procurement tender process

- Achieving significant cost savings through negotiation of utility diversions and supplies

- In-house 'sub-scan' underground services tracing and CCTV reporting
