The Trafford Waters scheme is a major mixed-use development of 3,000 apartments and 875,000 square feet of commercial space on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal.

Optimus Point Is Off and Running!

Whilst the project was granted Outline Planning Permission in 2012, Wilson Bowden Developments have been successful in their recent application for a Detailed Planning consent on the first plots.
